SUBmit your thesis for RSU ISC 22 now

On the 24th and 25th of March next year Rīga Stradiņš University will host the RSU International Student Conference ‘Health and Social Sciences’, the largest international student conference in the Baltics.

Each year the conference gathers together more than 3000 participants from more than 35 countries. The upcoming conference will be held at Rīga Stradiņš University included in The World University Rankings and assessed as the best university in Latvia. 

The RSU International Student Conference ‘Health and Social Sciences’ is made by the RSU Student Council, with the aim of promoting students’ interest in science, sharing experiences and of course networking and making new contacts as well as continue to establish Latvia as the center of student research activity in Baltic States.  

Over the period of two days, both local and international participants will have the oppotunity to participate with their research work in several social science as well as healthcare sections in a new hybrid model where participants would be able to join the conference in both ways: on site and online. Which means that all scientific sessions will be held online, workshops will be available on site only for local participants, but mastershops, will be available for every participant in every part of the World to have a chance to share the experience of maintaining practical skills in different fields.

The Conference is at the same time the competition for the best students’ papers. The scientific programme includes oral, poster and case report sessions and gives the opportunity to present the work to the best local and international professionals in their field. Along with that there will also be variety of workshops, where participants will be able to try their hand at manipulations. This year will also be fascinating keynote lectures, plenary sessions and other events to widen opportunities for our participants. Every guest along with a rich scientific programme, will have an opportunity to enjoy interesting social programme in the real capital of Art Nouveau and get acquainted with even a small part of Latvian culture.
