• The Jury and the participants and have to follow the rules and requirements of ISC 2024.
  • Active participants hold full responsibility for their performance at ISC 2024 including preperation of presentations and posters. Posters have to be placed in their intended places that will be marked with author’s name and title of the abstract.
  • The procedure of the sections of ISC 2024 is determined by the rules and requirements of the Organising committee of ISC 2024. The Jury and the participants are not allowed to arbitrary change the procedure without prior agreement with the Organising committee.
  • The Organising committee of ISC 2024 recomend you to use our templates for oral and poster presentations.
  • ALL PRESENTATIONS (including posters) MUST BE SUBMITTED ON EXORDO PLATFORM!
  • Oral presentations must be presented in English.
  • Presentations must be created in Microsoft Office Powerpoint *.ppt or *.pptx format. Presenters take full responsibility for the presentation quality and file format.
  • The first slide of the presentation should include the Title, Authors, and Scientific research supervisor. The presentation should follow the same structure as the abstract.
  • The presentation should last no longer than 7 minutes, followed by a 3 minute discussion.
  • The presentation session coordinator has the right to interrupt any report or discussion after the given time has elapsed.
  • Only one author can be the presenter (Active participant) and is obliged to participate in the discussion. Other co-authors (Passive participants) can also take part in the discussion.
  • Template for presentation could be found here.
  • Oral presentations have to be submitted on Exordo platform until March 13th, 2024 23.59 EET. 
  • YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE CONTENT OF THIS PRESENTATION AFTER IT HAS BEEN SENT TO OUR EMAIL.

FOR “CASE REPORT ORAL”:

  • Oral presentations must be presented in English.
  • Presentations must be created in Microsoft Office Powerpoint *.ppt or *.pptx format. Presenters take full responsibility for the presentation quality and file format.

  • Presentations should last no longer than 3 minutes, followed by a 2 minute discussion.
  • Differently from last year, this year poster presentation won’t be in powerpoint format, but as a poster stand.
  • Template for poster could be found here.
  • Participant is responsible for printing their own poster.
  • Poster size A1 (594 x 841 mm)
  • Submit your poster on Exordo platform.
  • NB! Make sure that images are in good quality and remember that on poster they will look bigger than on computer.

How to apply? 

You have to pay 3EUR per poster to our Bank account and send your poster to our Info email- Info.Isc@rsu.lv until 12th of March! Afterwards you can collect it on 20th from 9am to 4pm or 21st of March at Dzirciema iela 16 room C-213 until 12pm.
