Presentation

The Jury and the participants and have to follow the rules and requirements of ISC 2025.
Active participants hold full responsibility for their performance at ISC 2025 including preparation of presentations and posters. Posters have to be placed in their intended places that will be marked with author’s name and title of the abstract.
The procedure of the sections of ISC 2025 is determined by the rules and requirements of the Organising committee of ISC 2025. The Jury and the participants are not allowed to arbitrarily change the procedure without prior agreement with the Organising committee.
The Organising Committee of ISC 2025 recommend you to use our templates for oral and poster presentations.
ALL PRESENTATIONS (including posters) MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE EXORDO PLATFORM!

Oral presentations must be presented in English.
Presentation time: Strictly 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A.
Presentations format: Microsoft Office Powerpoint *.ppt or *.pptx format. Presenters take full responsibility for the presentation quality and file format.
Oral presentations must be submitted on the Exordo platform by March 17th, 2025 23.59 EET.

The first slide of the presentation should include the Title, Authors, and Scientific research supervisor. The presentation should follow the same structure as the abstract.

The presentation session coordinator has the right to interrupt any report or discussion after the given time has elapsed.
Only one author can be the presenter (Active participant) and is obliged to participate in the discussion. Other co-authors (Passive participants) can also take part in the discussion.

Posters will be displayed as e-posters and on poster screens in Konsula iela 21.
Each E-poster should include:
- A 1-slide PowerPoint (PPT) 16:9 slide ratio file for use on the poster screens
Posters have to be submitted on the Exordo platform by March 17th, 2025 23.59 EET.

Use the provided templates (mandatory) to prepare your poster available HERE.
Posters must be prepared in English.
You are free to format the content fields of the template as needed, but horizontal formatting is mandatory.
To ensure readability, enlarge your poster to 100% and check that all images and diagrams are clear.
High-quality images and graphs are recommended. Avoid manually stretching images, as this will reduce quality upon enlargement.
