Active participants who will not pay the participation fee until the 21st of March 2025, will not be allowed to participate in the conference! We do not accept participants from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus!

Participation fees for active and passive participants of Ukrainian citizens are free of charge.

In case of cancellation or absence, the conference fee will not be refunded. We recommend Active participants to pay the participation fee after your abstract is reviewed and approved.

If you do not wish to pay the Passive participant’s fee, you can still attend the conference. However, you will only have access to scientific sessions online and you will not receive a certificate.
