The aim of the Ambassador program is to popularise the RSU International Student Conference 2024 outside to borders of our country, bringing together people from international universities with their love of science!Apply for the Ambassador program until 7th of January!

An Ambassador is a student from any university who wants to promote the RSU International Student Conference 2024 among colleagues in their University/Faculty and help the Organizing Committee reach as many students interested in science as possible.

Benefits:

• Receive a certificate of appreciation after the conference;
• Get a discount on the participation fee and gifts depending on your activity and the number of people you attract;
• The most active international ambassadors will have the opportunity to participate in the raffle for the big prize – free airplane tickets to Riga for the conference;
• The most active RSU ambassadors will have the opportunity to participate in the raffle for the surprise prize;

Tasks:

• Promote the RSU International Student Conference 2024 on the premises of your university using the materials that the Organizing Committee provides (flyers, posters, and brochures);
• Actively share information about the conference on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
• Stay in touch with the Organizing Committee until the end of the conference and maybe a little bit longer;
• Send photos showing your way of promotion with enthusiastic people around you (extra points 🙂);
• Help us reach as many interested and active health and social science students as possible;

• 10% discount if 1 active or 3 passive participants you have referred register for ISC 2024;
• 20% discount if 2 active or 6 passive participants you have referred register for ISC 2024;
• 30% discount if 3 active or 9 passive participants you have referred register for ISC 2024;
• 40% discount if 4 active or 12 passive participants you have referred register for ISC 2024;
• If 5 and more active participants or 15 and more passive participants you have referred register for ISC 2024 you will get a 50% discount;
• A certificate for participating in the ISC 2024 Ambassador program;
• Personal experience;
• Option to get to know new people and be a part of the International Organising Committee;

*Discounts for Non-RSU students will not be granted until students you have referred register for ISC 2024 will pay their participation fee.
